When thinking about school and getting an education, there are many feelings and emotions that come to mind, such as going to school which may become a routine instead of something you enjoy. Where as school should be a place where you meet new people and have fun while learning. Having this new idea/design incorporated into the school would make the students want to go to school and be able to learn and not feel exhausted and tired all the time due to lack of lighting or change of temperature. The main aim of this design is to incorporate the use of coloured glass to light up the space and to make the space more inviting and comfortable. With the use of different coloured glass, such as blue, green, and orange these different colours will help improve productivity, concentration and focus within a classroom as well as to make it better for students to interact with the teachers and fellow students. The colours also work hand in hand with temperature. With the blue and green being cool colours and orange being a warm colour, which will overall neutralize the temperature within the classroom which will make the classroom a better and more comfortable space for both the students and the teachers.
