As a vision for this design, I chose to use architectural means such as expanded metal to form architecture, in order to create as much openness and transparency as possible. The material forms a facade material and is extended to the inside to form a whole with everything that creates continuity. The material forms a playful element where daylight and shade make up the design, the facade element also creates sun protection and serves as privacy for children around the school. Natural light is strived for as much as possible where patios, large glazing, materiality, playful figure glasses help to shape spaces. At the entrance of the school there will be a shelter where the element extends to the playground and it forms a staircase-stand where children can sit on it. The stand has many openings to form as much transparency as possible.
