Anxiety is a very common problem among contemporary college students. Freud’s psychoanalytic theory holds that all individual and social actions of human beings are followed by some desire or motive that originates from the depths of the mind. Repression of desires or motivations is an important cause of mental illness. That is to say, anxiety arises because people unconsciously want to obtain happiness, but they are subjected to a series of self-repression and contradictions, which is the theoretical root cause of anxiety. As a very common psychological problem, anxiety will vary according to age, its manifestation characteristics and mitigation methods will vary. Compared with children and adults, adolescents are more likely to suffer from anxiety and more difficult to subside, China’s relevant surveys show that about one in five students have anxiety, and anxiety has surpassed depression and become the most common psychological problem among college students. This is because adolescents are more sensitive to their experiences of emotions, which are determined by biological evolution. For example, we will more or less fear things in life, such as snakes, insects or some sharp things, in addition to some of the acquired factors, there are also innate factors, in ancient times when human origins, various crises Of human survival conditions and factors make human beings have fear, and this fear as a kind of information is inherited from generation to generation, thus making the survival of the race continue. What we just said about teenagers being more sensitive to emotions is also because of the above evolutionary theory that adolescents are our future, so in some ways this anxiety has a certain positive meaning. So what we’re going to explore now is how to properly alleviate anxiety, what we need is something that everyone can accept and is common, and then consider combining it with light and architecture, and finally we choose to design a dance floor to release the inner psychological anxiety of teenagers. The location is set within a certain university because it has a higher target traffic than other places. The architectural design is inspired by the Buddhist Diamond SutraThe glass of the skin has a certain degree of ripple design, which looks crystal clear under the sunlight, which is more in line with the concept of “blister”.Looking out over the bridge in the distance, the building floats like a giant blister on the lake. The building has two entrances and exits, located on the south and northwest sides. The interior is divided into two floors, the first floor is the main area, including the dance floor, lounge area, etc. The second floor is mainly a rest area and viewing area, and the second floor is made up of three circular platforms connected by high and low, like three lotus leaves in the water. The vertical traffic from the first to the second floor is located next to the main entrance, the steps are mainly tempered glass materials, and have been hollowed out, and the design of the handrail refers to the piano keys, which are intended to reflect the sense of rhythm. In addition, the interior of the building has also added root light-emitting pipe devices, located around the support of the three platforms, interlaced into branches and extended upwards, on the one hand, it plays a decorative role, on the other hand, it reflects the growth of the building, as well as a variety of possibilities that imply life, and has the effect of eliminating anxiety. Tables and chairs are set up on the second floor for post-dance breaks and sightseeing.Since the skin is mostly glass, when light breaks into the interior of the building unscrupulously during the day, the building seems to absorb these lights, and at night it also releases these lights unscrupulously. In terms of beauty, this enriches the night view of the lake.
