And Rain lily is the flower which is seen mostly on the hills of Nandi Hills after rainfall. This pink flower grows mostly during the wet summer and it’s one of the famous flowers of the site.

The flowers, Zephyranthes carinata are named after the greek god Zephyr andthus which means a flower. These flowers grow in 15 to 30 cm plant and a flower of three centimeters with six petals.
