In the change and transformation of daylight, the movement of the people is in the center. Without people, the space is clear and bright. In the facade/covering system we designed, the brightness of the space changes according to people. As the density of people in space increases, the system gradually closes. This gradual transform begins to create shadows in space. In this way, the human body both creates different effects in that space and experiences it. At this point, shadows take up a very important role. Because in the system; shadows are needed for a function, they need to exist in the environment to create different functions. The two extremes; daylight and shadow, move together in this way. And finally the main idea; people cause changes in the system without being aware of it with their daily actions. With this change, the ratio of light and shadow in the space changes. Through the effects that occur, people become aware of their involuntary actions.HOW IT WORKS:Our designed cover and facade system moves in line with human density. This system is open when there is no person in the space and receives daylight. As people begin to arrive, panels start to rotate and close independently of each other, thus creating shadows in the space. When the number of people in the place increases, the panels in the system are completely closed. As a result, the desired shade and space function is reached.
