IMAGINE being on a light journey in your own flat. Every day your space would be tinted in different light, and you could experience the seasons from all perspectives.

Light affects our mood, controls our day – and the orientation of our flat has a big impact. Constantly living in a north oriented flat (in the Northern Hemisphere) will drain the energy level, but living there once every few days makes it to an adventure of light and shadow.

So let us share the light and turn on the TURNTABLE!

Once every day the buildings move 90° around their own axis, which gives all the apartments new perspectives- all 360° the direction changes. Be ready for a new experience of atmospheres – soft light, warm tones and long shadows gift you a relaxing afternoon on your balcony, cool bright morning rays empower your day!

SHARING light sounds futuristic? There will be even more of it- because sharing will be the future. Not only it creates a supportive community thinking – together we are stronger! – but it makes smart luxury possible.

A fitness routine in the morning with a rewarding jump in the pool? Fresh bread and local vegetables from the grocer for breakfast? Work done in an undistracted co-working-space? Urban gardening in the big central park? Enjoying the sunset with a drink on your rooftop terrace under trees? Possible! Every building of the trio houses a few shared spaces – this sums into an incredible space in addition to your own private flat.

CATCHING THE WIND with this modern version of a wind tower is an efficient method for natural ventilation and passive cooling.

Outside air is drawn in through the windows and Modular Skylight roof windows downwards. Reaching the cellar the air temperature drops and channels lead the cooled air into the apartments. You can sense a refreshing air breeze now! The warmed air rises and creates a negative pressure, which sucks in fresh air again. The windows open and close automatically to control the wind flow and sensor rain.

The wind channel is built in glass and creates a beautiful natural lightning from the roof windows to the buildings‘ heart. The reflective glass coating mirrors the light rays to the lower levels and generates even more fascinating light effects.
