White Extension

The whole project started from the idea of perfect integration of the building with the neighborhoods.The house was designed for 5 families of environmental activists. The volume is simple, one L attached to the old building. Forlighting I used veluxes and reflections for an elegant solution of the interiors. Following the analysis, I tried to make a strong relationshipwith the vegetation and the garden and because of this we have integrated a semi-open area between the 2 upper bodies which is covered with hanging plants. The garden is solved in an organic way like the urban arrangement made,which consecratedly follows the inflection of the river Malea. .In general, I tried to keep the trees present on the site intact, resulting in some small alleys that curve between the trunks of the trees. The facades are simple being made carefully after the houses present in the colony.
