Through spatial compartmentalization and environmental treatment, dynamic interplay between spaces is achieved. Each unit is interconnected, increasing activity areas and strengthening interpersonal connections. The activity spaces, serving as shared community zones, employ more flexible transportation modes and adopt new green building technologies to realize architectural energy self-cycling. The community’s environmental design integrates and considers the ”naqi” concept of feng shui, leveraging air flow patterns to enrich spatial experiences and enhance overall ambiance. A comprehensive solar-geothermal-rainwater-ecological cycling system is implemented to uphold community-wide green circulation. Lastly, with consideration for epidemic prevention and information management needs of modern communities, a modular system is incorporated not only to facilitate information exchange but also to bolster the green self-sustaining capabilities of the architecture.
